Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Neocat Software ("we", "us"), the maker of AuraFarmer GOLD, an indicator and Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 4. By downloading, buying or using AuraFarmer GOLD you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the software.

Free download and trial

The indicator, EA and presets are free to download. Without a licence they run only in MetaTrader 4's Strategy Tester, so you can backtest them before buying. Running them on a live or demo chart needs a paid licence.

Your licence

• What you get. A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product you bought (Indicator, or Indicator + EA) on up to 5 MetaTrader 4 account numbers, live or demo, at a time. You can release an account and use the slot elsewhere in the licence portal.
• Licence checks. The EA checks your licence online with our server about once a day and keeps working for up to 7 days if it can't connect. The indicator uses an unlock code tied to your MT4 account number.
• What you may not do. Share, resell, rent or publish your licence key or unlock codes; decompile, reverse engineer, modify or bypass the licence checks; or redistribute the software as part of another product or service, including signal or account-management services sold to others.
• Ownership. The software, its code, presets and documentation remain the property of Neocat Software. You buy a licence to use them, not the software itself.
• Updates. We may release updates and improvements. Active annual licences and lifetime licences can download the current version. We don't promise any particular future feature.
• Ending a licence. We may disable a key that is shared, resold, refunded, charged back or used to break these terms. Annual licences end at the close of the paid period if they aren't renewed. Lifetime licences don't expire, but they depend on our licence server, which we intend to keep running for the life of the product. If we ever retire it, we'll provide a way for lifetime customers to keep using the version they own.

Payment and renewal

• Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Annual plans renew automatically. Your card is charged the annual price each year on the anniversary of your purchase until you cancel. Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge and can remind you before each renewal.
• Cancel anytime. Open the licence portal, enter your key and choose Manage billing, then Cancel. There's no cancellation fee, and your licence keeps working until the end of the year you've already paid for. You can also email us and we'll cancel it for you.
• Lifetime plans are a single payment with no renewals and no further charges.
• Price changes to an annual plan apply from your next renewal, and we'll email you at least 30 days before they do.

Refunds

Because you can fully test AuraFarmer GOLD in the Strategy Tester before you buy, sales are generally final. We will refund you if:

• you were charged by mistake, or charged twice;
• an annual plan renewed and you ask us within 14 days of the renewal charge, as long as you haven't kept using it; or
• the software doesn't work as described on your MetaTrader 4 setup and we can't fix it.

A refunded licence is disabled. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Trading risk

• Not financial advice. AuraFarmer GOLD is a software tool. Neocat Software is not a financial adviser, broker or dealer, and nothing we provide is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You decide whether and how to use the software, and you are responsible for every trade on your account.
• No guaranteed results. Backtests, chart history, statistics and examples are simulated or hypothetical. They have limits: they're made with the benefit of hindsight and don't reflect real execution, slippage, spreads, swaps or the emotions of live trading. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
• How it manages risk. AuraFarmer GOLD does not use martingale, grid or averaging-down methods, and every trade it opens has a stop loss. A stop loss limits but does not remove risk: in fast markets, gaps or outages, a trade can close beyond its stop.
• Your setup. Results depend on your broker, account type, connection, settings and computer or VPS. Test on a demo account before trading real money.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to make AuraFarmer GOLD reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available, or that the licence server will be reachable at all times.

To the extent the law allows, Neocat Software is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

General

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
• We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll email active customers about significant changes. Using the software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
• If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to sell you a licence, check it, and support you. We never sell your information.

What we collect and why

The software does not send us your trades, balances, passwords or any other trading data. Licence checks contain only the items above.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payments and manage subscriptions (Stripe's privacy policy).
• Our hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare, which carry traffic to this website and the licence server.
• Google, for website analytics and advertising on our web pages, and for delivering email (Gmail).
• Authorities, only if the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser) and Google AdSense, which may show ads and uses cookies to personalize and measure them. Google may collect information from your browser through these cookies and combine it with data from other sites; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can turn off personalized ads at Google Ad Settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser.

The licence portal, checkout and the software itself don't use these services. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep licence records while your licence exists and for up to 7 years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. Account activations are deleted when you release them. Abuse-prevention IP records are deleted within minutes.

Your choices

You can see and release your activated accounts anytime in the licence portal. You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once you no longer need your licence, by emailing us. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you have a concern we can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We protect your information with HTTPS, restricted server access and by storing only what's listed here.
