Only trade a trending market
Before it signals, AuraFarmer checks that gold is actually trending and in which direction. Optional higher-timeframe confirmation, a volatility check and spread, session and Friday guards keep it out of choppy or costly conditions.

Questions
Does it repaint?
No. Signals are confirmed on closed candles, so an arrow that appears stays where it is.
Will it work on forex pairs or other symbols?
It will run, but every default and preset is tuned for gold's volatility. We built and tested it for XAUUSD and recommend using it there.
How do the 5 accounts work?
Each licence activates on up to 5 MT4 account numbers, live or demo. Switching brokers? Release an account in the licence portal and use the slot elsewhere.
How is the indicator activated?
Enter your licence key in the licence portal with your MT4 account number to get an unlock code, then paste it into the indicator's settings. If the EA is already licensed on that account, the indicator unlocks automatically.
Do annual plans renew automatically?
Yes. Annual plans renew automatically once a year at the same price until you cancel, and you'll see this clearly before you pay. Cancel anytime in the licence portal under Manage billing: there's no fee, and your licence keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for. Lifetime plans are a single payment with no renewals.
What happens when an annual licence ends?
Renew to keep going. The EA picks up the renewal on its own; indicator users grab a fresh unlock code from the licence portal. Lifetime licences never expire.
Does it use martingale, grid or averaging down?
No, never. AuraFarmer GOLD takes one position per signal, sized from a fixed risk per trade, and every trade has a stop loss from the moment it opens. It never adds to a losing trade, never increases size after a loss and never opens a grid of orders. A losing trade is a planned, limited loss, not a growing hole.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. The free download runs fully in MT4's Strategy Tester without a licence, so you can backtest and optimize it on your own broker's data first. A licence is only needed to run it on a live or demo chart.
Can I backtest the EA?
Yes. It runs in the MT4 Strategy Tester with a custom optimization score, and the free download includes base set files with optimization ranges for every timeframe from M5 to D1. Everyone who buys is also sent the author's optimized set files. The user manual walks you through it.
What if MT4 restarts while a trade is open?
The broker keeps holding your stop loss. When the EA starts again it finds its open trades and carries on managing them.
